Salsa Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 plum tomatoes, diced
    1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
    2 (3 ounce) cans dried green chilies
    1 bunch green onion, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons pepper
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2 teaspoons light soy sauce
    1 teaspoon lime juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Cover and chill 8 hours.
