Japanese East Meets West Vinaigrette ...Aka Secret - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard (not too strong!)
    3 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 onion, pureed
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1/2 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and chill well before using.
    Use over sturdy salad or as a dip for your sushi rolls. We also use it to dip chicken fingers into.
