Lemon Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 1 1/2 lb salmon
    3/4 teaspoon dill weed
    1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3/4 teaspoon chicken instant Oxo
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour over 1 - 11/2 lb. salmon.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Fry the salmon in the marinade for 6-8 minutes each side until fish flakes easily with a fork.
