Heavenly Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/8 cups warm temperature water
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup all-purpose flour or 1 cup bread flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    4 tablespoons margarine or 4 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon gluten powder
    1/4 cup instant potato flakes
    2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation
    Mix all in your bread machine, in order to your machines instructions.
    Press start, for a basic light crusted bread.
    Watch as machine is kneading making any adjustments as needed.
    Flour is tempermental, so it could use a little more water, or a little more flour.
    Should be a ROUND soft sticky ball of dough.
    Remove after baked to cool.
