Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups cooking oil
2 cups sugar
2 beaten eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup nuts
3 cups finely chopped apples
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Add flour, soda and salt and beat 200 strokes.
Add nuts and apples.
Pour into well greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
Bake at 350 about 1 1/2 hour.
Serve with whipped cream.
