Creamed Chipped Beef Aka Sos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices chipped beef
    4 tablespoons margarine or 4 tablespoons butter
    4 tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups milk
    toast
Preparation
    In a saucepan on med-high heat melt butter and stir in flour and salt; let bubble 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and stir gradually stir in milk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Tear meat into pieces and add to saucepan; cook until thickened.
    Serve over toast.
