Kicked Up Better For You Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
4 hard boiled egg whites, diced
1/3 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced kosher dill pickle
5 green olives, diced
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
salt and pepper
4 cups romaine lettuce
4 flour tortillas, taco size
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except lettuce and tortillas.
Divide salad into fourths.
Make four wraps. Each wrap gets 1 cup of romaine lettuce.
