Turkey Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup coarsely chopped onion
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil or 1 tablespoon peanut oil
    1 cup diagonally sliced celery
    1 -2 clove garlic, minced
    2 cups diced cooked turkey
    1 (14 ounce) can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    2 tablespoons cold water
    1 -2 tablespoon oyster sauce
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook onion in oil over medium heat about 5 minutes.
    Add celery and garlic and cook 5 minutes more.
    Add turkey, mixed vegetables, broth and peas; cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and add to skillet.
    Turn heat up to medium high.
    Cook, stirring constantly 2 to 3 minutes until sauce is boiling and thickened.
    Serve over chow mein noodles with rice and additional soy sauce if desired.
