Middle Eastern Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 -6 cups tomato juice
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons curry powder
salt, to taste
fresh ground pepper, to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a whisk until thoroughly combined and smooth.
Serve chilled, garnished with chopped mint or basil. (I plan to chill at least 2 hours - maybe overnight).
