Low Fat Vegan Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples
    1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
Preparation
    Chop the apples and place them in a 8- x 8-inch baking pan. Cover the chopped apples with the maple syrup and sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice to taste over them.
    In a bowl, mix the flour and oatmeal. Then add the applesauce and brown sugar. Mix until the flour is just moistened.
    Spread the oatmeal mixture on top of the apples.
    Bake for 30 minutes. Let it sit in the oven for another 5 minutes.
