Pig Pickin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup butter
    4 eggs
    1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
    ICING
    3 ounces instant vanilla pudding
    22 ounces crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    9 ounces Cool Whip
    1 cup coconut
Preparation

    Beat all ingredients well.
    Bake in 3 round pans at 325 for 25 minutes.
    Bake in 9*13 pan for 35 minutes.

    Mix puddin and pineapple.
    Let set a few minutes.
    Add sugar, cool whip, and coconut.
    Spread between layers and on sides and top.
    Keep in icebox.
