Breaded Turkey Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
    2 teaspoons italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon garlic
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 cup milk
    4 turkey breast cutlets
    1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, italian seasoning, garlic, basil and oregano. Pour milk into another shallow bowl. Dip turkey in milk, then roll in crumbs.
    In a large skillet, cook turkey over medium heat in oil for 4-5 minute on each side or until juices run clear. Dreain on paper towels.
