Power Protein Yogurt With Whey & Flax - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1 scoop vanilla-flavor whey protein powder
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 tablespoon brown flax seed
Preparation
