Deep Dark Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup cocoa
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 cup boiling water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add the remaining ingredients except the boiling wter. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Mix in boiling water, the batter will be thin, don't worry
    Pour into greased cupcake pans and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
