4 Hostess Twinkies
2 eggs, lightly beaten
powdered sugar or pancake syrup, for serving
Preparation

Melt the butter in skillet over medium heat.
Dip twinkies in egg, coating evenly. Place the twinkies in the hot skillet and cook until lightly browned and crispy on all sides, turning to cook each side.
Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with syrup.
