Gluten-Free Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup rice flour
    2/3 cup tapioca flour
    2/3 cup cornstarch
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 cup oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
    Grease a 13x9\" pan (may want to line a glass pan with foil). Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Mix together flours, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a small bowl.
    Mix together remaining ingredients in a larger bowl, then stir in the dry ingredients.
    Spread batter into pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and done in the center.
