Baked Acorn Squash With Sherry (Thanksgiving) - cooking recipe

8 acorn squash
3 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 cups sherry wine
Preparation

Cut squash in half and scrape the cavities clean.
Melt the butter and mix with the brown sugar and sherry.
Pile this mixture into each cavity and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
