Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups spinach, frozen
    4 tablespoons butter
    4 tablespoons flour
    2 tablespoons onions, minced
    1/2 cup vegetable stock
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 teaspoon celery seed
    3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tablespoon jalapeno, minced can add more
    topping
    1 sleeve soda cracker, crushed
    1 tablespoon butter, melted
Preparation
    make roux with butter and flour
    add spice.
    add stock and milk.
    whisk until smooth
    add cheese.
    whisk
    add worcestershire
    whisk.
    add jalapeno
    whisk
    add spinach
    stir.
    can cool down at this point.
    to bake turn into a greased casserole
    top with crackers
    pour butter over top.
    bake 350 for30 minutes until browned and bubbly.
