Toasty Deviled Ham Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 1/4 ounce) can deviled ham (like Underwood brand)
1 tablespoon dill relish, drained (more or less to taste)
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 slices bread (left-over hamburger buns or kaiser rolls work great)
Optional
2 slices garden-ripe tomatoes
Substitute
1/4 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed very small
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
Spread onto 2 slices of bread.
Pop into the broiler for just a few minutes, watching to make sure they don't burn.
Add tomatoes if using. If you desire to broil the tomatoes, broil the spread and bread a little first, then add the tomatoes and broil a little longer to desired doneness.
Serve hot with some tomato soup and enjoy!
