Apple Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup apple juice or 1/4 cup apple cider
    1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced) or 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup honey
    2 garlic cloves (crushed)
    4 boneless chicken thighs
Preparation
    Whisk first six ingredients in a bowl.
    Put chicken in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
    Then pour marinade over chicken in the bag.
    Seal and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
    After marinating, place chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Cover with remaining marinade.
    Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
    Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
