Sour Cream Raisin Grits Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup quick-cooking grits
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup sour cream
    3 large eggs
    1/4 cup half-and-half cream
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    9 inches frozen pie crusts
    1 cup raisins
Preparation
    In microwave-safe bowl, combine grits and water, microwave on High for 1 minuteor until hot. Stir in sour cream, cool.
    Meanwhile, in medium bowl, sugar, eggs, half & half, flour, and cinnamon, mix until well combined. Add cooled grits and raisins, stir until combined. Pour into pie crust. Place on a baking sheet.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0F oven 35-40 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
