Roasted Red Pepper Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 ounces chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 cup roasted red pepper, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Add chick peas to processor and puree.
Add roasted pepper and remaining ingredients.
Puree until smooth.
Refrigerate.
Serve with cracker,small pitas, vegetables.
