Hearty Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 uncooked Italian sausages (1/2 pound to 3/4 pounds)
    4 cups water
    2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed French onion soup, undiluted
    2 cups broccoli coleslaw mix
    2 cups fresh-cut green beans
    2 cups frozen cheese tortellini
    grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cut sausage into 3/4 inch pieces, and brown in a stockpot, and drain.
    Add water,stewed tomatoes, soup, coleslaw mix, and beans, and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Uncover, add tortellini, and cook 3-5 minutes or until pasta is tender.
    Garnish with cheese, if desired.
