French Fried Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) package frozen french fries
    1 1/2 cups hot water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 teaspoons onion salt
    1/8 teaspoon paprika
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    3 cups milk
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
    8 ounces Velveeta cheese, chopped
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, water, bouillon, onion salt, paprika and pepper in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a bowl and reduce heat.
    Simmer, covered, for 8 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
    Beat with a mixer until smooth.
    Add milk and soup and mix well.
    Cook until heated through.
    Add cheese gradually, stirring over medium heat until melted after each addition.
    Do not boil.
