Asian Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup indonesian sweet soy sauce (Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis) #424831)
    2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
    1 1/2 teaspoons chili paste with garlic
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.
    Use on any meat or fowl to be roasted or grilled.
    Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
