Very Low Carb Lemon Soy Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 g True Lemon crystals
    2 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
    1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
    Mix the 1st 4 ingredients in a small microwave dish.
    Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for 20 more seconds.
    Add butter and whisk for a minute until emmulsified.
    Serve drizzled on prepared seafood.
