Freezer To Crockpot - Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs bone-in pork shoulder (sometimes labeled as Boston butt or pork butt)
    15 ounces cranberry sauce (with or without whole berries is ok)
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup dried minced onion
    bag seasoned stuffing mix (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in gallon sized bag & freeze.
    To prep - thaw overnight (in refrigerator), then cook on low in crockpot for 6-8 hours. Remove bones & shred with a fork.
    *Optional* - add box or bag of stuffing mix for the last hour or two of cooking, adding more liquid if needed.
