Soft & Chewy Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
    1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
    1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup corn syrup
    1/4 cup liquid honey
    1/4 cup chocolate chips
    1/4 cup flaked coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Cut butter into oats, sugar & wheat germ until it is crumbly.
    Stir in corn syrup & honey, mix till well combined.
    Stir in chocolate chips & coconut.
    Press into greased 8 x 8 pan.
    Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes, till golden.
    Cool 15 minutes & cut into 16 bars.
