Fried Bananas (Bananas Fritas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bananas
40 g butter
1/4 cup rum
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation

Peel the bananas, making sure the are riped but firm.
Cut the in half length-wise and place in pan with butter and cook for 2-3 minutes, carefully adding in your rum.
Remove from heat place on serving plates and sprinkle with the sugar and cinimon over top.
