Banana Cake With Coconut Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake
    1/2 cup butter
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups white sugar
    1 cup ripe banana (mashed)
    1/2 cup sour milk
    2 eggs
    Icing
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    2 tablespoons cream or 2 tablespoons milk
    1 cup coconut
Preparation
    Whip butter in bowl.
    Sift in dry ingredients.
    Add milk, bananas, eggs and mix.
    Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes Combine ingredients for icing in a heavy saucepan, and cook until well blended.
    Spread over cake while still warm.
    (Tip- to make sour milk, add a splash of vinegar and stir).
