Sweet Peat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g baking chocolate
    4 tablespoons water
    200 g sugar
    6 eggs, divided
    150 g butter
    250 g flour
    1 pinch salt
    1 dash baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Melt chocolate with water, set aside.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Cream together sugar, egg yolks and butter.
    Cream in molten chocolate.
    Stir in flour, salt and baking powder.
    Fold in stiff egg whites.
    Pour into greased 9x13'' pan.
    Bake about 25-30 minutes, cut into small cubes while warm.
    Store in airtight container after completely cooled.
    Store in cool place - as they're very moist you can't keep them too long.
    Well, you won't be able to store them long anyway --
    Fix a post-it on the lid with the emergency number - just in case.
