Coconut Crunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 pinch salt
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
    1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
Preparation
    Mix and pour all ingredients into a buttered 9\" pie pan and bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip topping -- .
