Deli Sandwiches For 50 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 lbs cooked turkey breast
    1 (46 ounce) can chicken broth
    1 tablespoon pepper
    50 buns
    50 slices tomatoes
    50 lettuce leaves
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise (per each bun)
Preparation
    Slice turkey into 3 oz. portions.
    Place in steamtable pans, in juice then place on ice during meal service.
    Assemble sandwiches. 3 oz. turkey, 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice tomato, 1 bun.
    VARIATIONS: USE ANY COMBINATION OF COLD MEATS.
