The Pisces: Violet Crème Yvette Sparkling Aperitif - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ounce violet liqueur, preferably Creme Yvette
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    ice cube
    4 ounces prosecco
    1 lemon twists or 1 fresh edible flowers such as violets, for decoration
Preparation
    Mix violet liqueur, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
    Strain into a small glass.
    Top with Prosecco.
    Serve with a lemon-peel twist.
