Cindy'S Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    4 ounces roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons chopped black olives
    2 tablespoons diced seeded tomatoes
    To Garnish
    additional chopped black olives
    additional diced seeded tomatoes
Preparation
    Heat over to 350\u00b0F.
    Mix all ingredients. Spoon into a pie plate or baking dish.
    Bake 20-25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with olives and tomatoes.
