Savoury Lamb Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 -8 lamb chops
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 cup water
1 tablespoon tomato sauce or 1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
Preparation

Trim as much of the fat off the chops as possible and place meat in casserole dish, mix ingrediants together and pour over meat.
Bake at 150 degrees celcius for 3-4 hours.
Great for tough meat, just cook for longer.
