Watercress Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bunch fresh watercress leaf
    1/2 cup soft butter
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste
    1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
    Mix on high speed for 30 seconds.
