Paneer Capsicum Tikka Masala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
    1/2 cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric
    1/4 teaspoon amchur powder
    2 cloves
    2 cardamom
    1 big red onion
    1/2 bunch cilantro
    5 green chilies
    1 garlic
    1 piece ginger
    1 cup cottage cheese, boiled and diced
    3 small green capsicum, diced
    2 teaspoons oil
    2 teaspoons cashews
    2 teaspoons peanuts
    2 teaspoons unsalted butter
Preparation
    Fry cumin seeds, cloves, cardomen, cinnamon, green chili, garlic, ginger.
    Fry onion, cashews, peanuts.
    Add butter and keep frying.
    Add cilantro diced.
    Grind the onion mixture.
    Fry capsicum and add onion mixture.
    Add chilli powder, turmeric and amchur powder.
    Let all boil and add cottage cheese at the end.
