Pistachio Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package fat free sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) carton of 4% fat small curd cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) carton fat-free cool whip (or regular)
Preparation

Mix in the dry pudding mix with the cool whip, well
Fold in the cottage cheese.
The fold in the pineapple.
Chill for a few hours till ready to serve.
