Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 garlic cloves (minced)
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
    2 tablespoons water
    1 tablespoon cooking oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    4 pork chops or 4 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Mix garlic and brown sugar.
    Then add rest of ingredients, mix well.
    Marinate pork chops or chicken breast for 1 hour at room temperature or if you prefer overnight in the refrigerator.
    Grill or bake accordingly.
