Super Antioxidant Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup pomegranate juice
    1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
    1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    3 -5 ice cubes
Preparation
    In a blender, combine the fruit, pomegranate juice, yogurt, lemon zest and juice, and blend until smooth.
    Add the ice cubes, and blend again until it is smooth.
    Note: If using frozen fruit, you may need to add additional yogurt for consistency.
