Rita'S Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning, to taste
    1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Chop chicken in 1-inch cubes.
    Fry in olive oil in a large skillet until cooked.
    Add onion, peppers, garlic and celery seed.
    Fry for a couple of minutes.
    Add tomatoes, soup and Cajun seasoning.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked pasta.
