Thyme Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup cream (light or heavy)
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    3 tablespoons thyme leaves
    1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
    Just before serving, warm the mixture in a microwave until it simmers, or place it in the top of a double boiler and bring to a low boil.
