Gluten Free Donut Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    5 tablespoons coconut flour
    1 egg
    1/2 cup confectioners' sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment.
    Cream butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
    Beat in egg.
    Stir in coconut flour.
    Form into 8 balls and bake 15 minutes, until golden.
    Let cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
