Yoghurt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

175 ml yoghurt
175 ml oil
350 ml white sugar
525 ml self-raising flour
3 eggs

Preparation

Beat all ingredients together for 3 minutes.
Pour into a greased 23 cm bundt pan.
Bake at 160C for 1 hour.
