Meatball Soup With Vegetables And Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup onion, diced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 cup carrot, diced
    1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
    2 tablespoons flour
    4 cups chicken broth
    20 -24 meatballs
    2 -3 cups prepared brown rice
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in large saucepan and saute onion, garlic, celery and carrots for 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour to coat vegetables. Add chicken broth, meatballs, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
    Add prepared brown rice and serve immediately.
