Quick Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 ounce) can barbecued beef
    1 (15 ounce) can barbecued pork
    1 (20 ounce) can white chicken meat, drained
    1 (15 ounce) can lima beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
    1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
    2 (16 ounce) cans tomatoes
    1 (15 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
    16 ounces water
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen cut okra
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Use a 4 quart stock pot. Cook onions in 1 teaspoons of oil till clear. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium low heat for at least one hour. Serve this with Tobasco & oyster crackers.
