Armenian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium white potatoes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon dried mint
    1/2 large purple onion, sliced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done.
    Slice when cool.
    Add all the ingredients together.
    Toss and chill about 2 or more hours.
