Spicy Tomato And Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 -2 teaspoon oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (15 ounce) can of spicy chili beans
    1 (11 1/2 ounce) can vegetable juice
    1 large tomatoes, seeded
    1 cup corn (optional)
    1/3 cup green onion, sliced
    1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    2 tablespoons sour cream
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic until translucent.
    Add rest of ingredients except for the sour cream. Mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Put soup into bowls and top with sour cream.
