Ingredients

1 lb carrot, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation

Place sliced carrots into a pan, cover with water and boil until tender about 15 minutes.
Drain water.
Add brown sugar and butter to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it turns to a nice glaze. About 5-10 minutes.
